I have owned my couches for 9years , the frame has held up beautifully. Unfortunately 9 years of dogs and kids my cushion covers were at the end of their life. I contacted the service department for replacement. Alvis assisted me and went over and above . My leather was discontinued, but he managed to find one that was an incredibly close match . I received them today and my couches look brand new. Thank you Alvis for all your help . I am very grateful.

I live in BC and was hesitant about ordering furniture online from Ontario- sight unseen. I shopped around the chain furniture stores in Vancouver and a few independent stores and was disappointed in the quality of the furniture and the less-than -straightforward answers I was getting regarding quality of leather, and where the furniture was built (mostly overseas). I searched gor custom leather furniture made in canada and found Boss Leather website. I submitted a few questions and received a reply and phone call from Rob. Rob was great, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about all the different qualities of leather, the countries of origin and styles and construction of couches. He answered all my questions about the construction of the furniture and different kinds of leather. I paid $200 for dark blue, gray and black leather samples to be shipped to me (i received over 25 leather samples). The $200 was deducted from my order. I narrowed down my selection to 3 choices and asked Rob about each. His expertise assisted me in making my decision. I felt confident in my choice. I received pictures of the furniture at various stages of completion and all my questions were answered along the way. I ordered 2 couches and a loveseat and I absolutely love them. Beautiful craftsmanship and quality. I definitely recommend purchasing from Boss Leather. Kathryn L.
